Council Members
Council Member, Immediate Past President – Stephen Wrinkle –Mr. Stephen Wrinkle is the President of Wrinkle Construction & Development Ltd., a 45 year old family business; As the developer of such residential communities as Rolling Hills Estates on Carmichael Road, he was at the forefront of providing affordable, complete house and lot packages for Bahamians. His current endeavor, Island Homes, regularly takes him to the Family Islands to construct the Company’s line of pre-built, modular homes, which are designed and constructed in their Nassau plant.
Steve is committed to bringing public awareness to the construction industry and bringing Bahamian contractors into the 21st century. He also served as the Chairman of the BCA’s IDB Grant Project.
Council Member – Terrence Knowles – Mr. Terrence Knowles is the General Manager of Flameless Electrical Contracting Ltd. He has been involved with the BCA for a numbers of years and is also a Past President of the Association.
Council Member – Odley Aritis – Mr. Aritis is the President of Tops Builders International. He is also the chairman the Association’s Membership Committee.
Council Member – Jacob Fowler – Mr. Fowler is President of C-Jays Building Contractors. He is also a member of the BCA’s Membership Committee.
Council Member – Godfrey Waugh – Mr. Waugh is President of the Contracting Division of Waugh Construction in Freeport Grand Bahama. He replaced his father Mr. Harold “Sonny” Waugh on the BCA’s Council in 2011.
