When you come to our office for an initial eye exam, you will be required to complete a form and provide us with all of your medical details and history. If you are taking any prescribed medication, please bring with you a list of all of your meds. Please arrive 15 minutes before your first exam in order to complete all the necessary paperwork.

Your initial visit will always include a detailed retinal examination. When we examine your retina we have to instill dilating eye-drops that open the pupil of your eyes allowing us visualization of the retina.

We do not recommend driving immediately after you have had your eyes dilated. We suggest bringing a family member, friend or someone along with you to your initial examination and any subsequent examination if you will be having your eyes dilated.
